Terms of Use
When you place an order in the online store, a contract is formed between World Heroes and the customer. The contract is formed when payment is accepted or when the order confirmation is sent. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the stock balance or product information is obviously incorrect or if delivery cannot be made. The products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. World Heroes is not liable for indirect damages resulting from incorrect or non-compliant use. Prices, taxes and payment methods
All prices include the applicable value added tax, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Payments are securely transmitted through payment service providers. Shopify Payments acts as a payment processor. We do not store full payment card details in our systems. You can pay with most major cards and other methods allowed by Shopify Payments. Invoicing for corporate customers is possible under a separate agreement.
Delivery policy
We ship orders from Finland using Posti. We usually process orders within 0-1 business days. EU shipping time is usually 3-7 business days. Shipping time in Finland is typically 1-3 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and are shown at checkout before payment. If the shipment is exceptionally delayed or lost, please contact us immediately. For products that are subject to the transport regulations for hazardous materials, we use appropriate warning labels and transport methods. Right of withdrawal and returns
The consumer customer has the right to cancel an online store purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. Notify the cancellation unambiguously by email or in another permanent manner within 14 days. Return the products without delay, no later than 14 days from the cancellation notice. The product must be in perfect condition. The original packaging, all accessories and saleable condition must be preserved. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of the return, unless there is a defect or transport damage or unless otherwise agreed. We will refund the payment within 14 days of the cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the return or until it has been proven that the goods have been sent. Warranty, maintenance and DOA
The manufacturer's warranty is valid according to the manufacturer's terms. If the product is defective upon arrival, please report it within seven days of receipt. We will process the DOA case and arrange for an exchange or refund. Please keep your receipt and serial numbers for service. The warranty does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
