Terms of Use
When you place an order in the online store, a contract is formed between World Heroes and the customer. The contract is formed when payment is accepted or when the order confirmation is sent. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the stock balance or product information is obviously incorrect or if delivery cannot be made. The products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. World Heroes is not liable for indirect damages resulting from incorrect or non-compliant use. Prices, taxes and payment methods
All prices include the applicable value added tax, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Payments are securely transmitted through payment service providers. Shopify Payments acts as a payment processor. We do not store full payment card details in our systems. You can pay with most major cards and other methods allowed by Shopify Payments. Invoicing for corporate customers is possible under a separate agreement.
Delivery policy
We ship orders from Finland using Posti. We usually process orders within 0-1 business days. EU shipping time is usually 3-7 business days. Shipping time in Finland is typically 1-3 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and are shown at checkout before payment. If the shipment is exceptionally delayed or lost, please contact us immediately. For products that are subject to the transport regulations for hazardous materials, we use appropriate warning labels and transport methods. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. If the order contains several products, the withdrawal period begins when the last product has been received. The withdrawal can be submitted electronically through the customer account in the section “Cancellations and returns”. The withdrawal can also be submitted clearly by email or by another durable medium within 14 days.
If the product has not yet been delivered, the customer can submit a cancellation request through the customer account until the product has been delivered. If the product has already been delivered, the customer can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer signs in to the customer account using their email address and a verification code sent by email. When a cancellation or return request has been submitted electronically, the customer receives a confirmation by email.
The products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice. The product must be in excellent condition. The original packaging, all accessories and resale condition must be preserved. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective, damaged in transport or unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or clearly personalised products. It does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content, such as PDF guides or digital training programmes, if the supply of the digital content has begun with the customer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period. By purchasing a digital product, the customer agrees that delivery begins immediately after the order and that the right of withdrawal ends once the digital content has been delivered or the download link has been made available.
For Favero pedals, the original seal and resale condition make the return process easier. If the seal has been opened or the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a deduction corresponding to the reduction in value may be made from the refund.

Warranty, maintenance and DOA
The manufacturer's warranty is valid according to the manufacturer's terms. If the product is defective upon arrival, please report it within seven days of receipt. We will process the DOA case and arrange for an exchange or refund. Please keep your receipt and serial numbers for service. The warranty does not limit the consumer's statutory rights. Preservation
Order information usually 6-10 years. Customer service messages up to 5 years. Cookie-based information for the duration of the cookie. We only keep what is necessary.
