Cancellations and returns

On this page you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or find instructions for submitting a return request.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. If the order contains several products, the 14-day period begins when the last product has been received.

You can submit a cancellation or return request through your customer account if you want to handle the request directly from your order details. You sign in to the customer account using your email address and a verification code sent by email. When the cancellation or return request has been submitted electronically, you will receive a confirmation by email.

You can also notify us of your withdrawal by email at info@toninverkkokauppa.com. Please include your name, email address, order number and the products that the withdrawal concerns. The notice does not need to be long, but it must clearly state that you want to withdraw from the contract or return the product. We will confirm receipt of the withdrawal notice by email.

The returned product must be in excellent condition. The original packaging, accessories and resale condition must be preserved. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective, damaged in transport or unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or clearly personalised products. It does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content, such as PDF guides or digital training programmes, if the supply of the digital content has begun with the customer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period.
