Cancellations and returns

Notify us of your withdrawal

Consumers must notify us of withdrawal from a contract for goods within 14 days of receiving the goods. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item. For digital content, the 14-day withdrawal period starts when the contract is concluded. Further terms are set out in our refund policy.

Send an unequivocal statement to info@toninverkkokauppa.com or notify us of your withdrawal in another unequivocal way. State your name and identify the order and products to which the withdrawal relates. You may use the model form below, but this is not compulsory. You can also submit a cancellation or return request in your customer account: cancel an order or request a return.

Return the goods

Send the goods back, carefully packed and with their accessories, no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Complaints about defective products are handled separately. Further terms and information on refunds are set out in our refund policy.
