Frequently Asked Questions – Toni's Online Store

Toni’s Online Store warehouse is located in Viitasaari, Central Finland and all orders are shipped directly from our own warehouse. Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about shipping, payments and returns.

Delivery
How quickly will my order be delivered?
I usually ship the pruduct same day of ordering. Posti's delivery time in Finland is typically 1-3 business days. Typical EU delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Payment
What payment methods can I use?
The online store accepts most common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Production
Are the products new and original?
Yes. All products are new, original and with manufacturer's warranty. I am the official dealer of Favero Assioma pedals in Finland, so the products come directly from a reliable source.

Do power meter pedals have a warranty?
Yes. Favero Assioma pedals come with an official two-year manufacturer's warranty.

Can I install power meter pedals myself?
Yes. Installation is easy with a standard pedal wrench. Clear instructions are included, and I'm happy to help via email if you have any questions.

Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original condition. For Favero pedals, the seal must remain intact for the product to be eligible for return.
