How quickly will my order arrive and how much does shipping cost?

In-stock products are usually processed within 0–1 business days. We use Posti for deliveries within Finland. Standard and express shipping are available for international deliveries. Prices and estimated transit times are listed in our shipping policy. The options for your order are shown at checkout.

How can I pay?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices include applicable VAT.

Can I withdraw from my purchase?

Consumers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of withdrawal. The goods must be sent back within 14 days of that notification. The customer bears the return costs and any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. For digital content, the 14-day withdrawal period starts when the contract is concluded. See our refund policy and withdrawal instructions.

What about defective products or warranties?

Contact us so we can look into the matter. The seller’s liability for defects is determined by law. Any manufacturer’s warranty is subject to its own terms and does not limit statutory rights. Product-specific warranty terms and operating instructions can be found in the product information.
