Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase of goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. You may also withdraw before delivery.
You can also submit a cancellation or return request in your customer account: cancel an order or request a return.
Send a clear notice of withdrawal within the deadline by email to info@toninverkkokauppa.com or by another unequivocal statement. State your name and identify the order you wish to withdraw from. The Withdrawal and returns page contains withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form. Using the model form is optional. Simply failing to collect a parcel or returning goods without a notice of withdrawal is not sufficient.
Withdrawing from a pre-order
Pre-order products are subject to the same consumer right of withdrawal as other goods. You can withdraw from a pre-order before it is dispatched by giving the clear notice described above. No separate cancellation or handling fee is charged for withdrawal.
If the pre-order product you are withdrawing from has not yet been dispatched, we will refund the payments relating to it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed with you. If you withdraw from the entire order, refunds of delivery charges are subject to the Refunds section below.
If in-stock products and pre-order products from the same order are delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period starts when the last item is received. The same rules on examining products and any loss in value, described below, apply as for other goods.
Returning goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Pack them carefully and include the accessories supplied with them. Use the original packaging where possible. Keep proof of dispatch.

You may examine the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose. We may deduct the actual loss in value from your refund. Opening the packaging or a product seal solely for the necessary examination does not remove the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
We will reimburse the payments relating to the withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also reimburse delivery costs up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for that order. We will not reimburse the additional cost of a more expensive delivery method you selected, such as express delivery. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
Digital products
For digital content supplied electronically, the 14-day withdrawal period starts when the contract is concluded. See the withdrawal instructions. Supplying the content does not limit statutory liability for defects.
Defects or transport damage
If you suspect a defect or transport damage, contact info@toninverkkokauppa.com before sending the product back so that we can investigate and provide return instructions. Consumers can always notify the seller of a defect in goods within two months of discovering it. The seller bears the necessary costs of investigating and remedying a defect for which the seller is liable. Liability for defects is governed by consumer protection law and is separate from the right of withdrawal described above.
Business purchases and other returns
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. Unless separately agreed, no right to return or exchange non-defective products is granted beyond the statutory right of withdrawal.
