Refund policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. If the order contains several products, the withdrawal period begins when the last product has been received. The withdrawal can be submitted electronically through the customer account in the section “Withdraw from contract or request a return”. The link is available in the footer of the online store. The withdrawal can also be submitted clearly by email or by another durable medium within 14 days.

If the product has not yet been delivered, the customer can submit a cancellation request through the customer account until the product has been delivered. If the product has already been delivered, the customer can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer signs in to the customer account using their email address and a verification code sent by email. When a cancellation or return request has been submitted electronically, the customer receives a confirmation by email.

The products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice. The returned product must be in excellent condition. The original packaging, accessories and resale condition must be preserved. For Favero pedals, an unopened seal ensures that the product is eligible for return.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective, damaged in transport or unless otherwise agreed. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or clearly personalised products. It does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content, such as PDF guides or digital training programmes, if the supply of the digital content has begun with the customer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period. By purchasing a digital product, the customer agrees that delivery begins immediately after the order and that the right of withdrawal ends once the digital content has been delivered or the download link has been made available.

If the product is defective or damaged during transport, please contact us immediately. We follow the rules on statutory liability for defects under consumer protection law and will arrange a repair, replacement or price reduction depending on the situation. If repair or replacement is not possible, the contract may be cancelled and the payment refunded.
