Refund policy

Consumer customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. The cancellation must be communicated clearly by email or another durable medium within 14 days. The products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the cancellation notice. For Favero pedals, an unopened seal confirms that the product is eligible for return.

Returned products must be in flawless condition. The original packaging, accessories, and resale condition must be preserved. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of return, unless the return is due to a defect, transport damage, or otherwise agreed.

We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made or clearly personalized products. It does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. It does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with your consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

If a product is defective or damaged during transport, please contact us immediately. We comply with the statutory liability for defects under consumer protection law and will arrange a repair, replacement, or price reduction. If repair or replacement is not possible, the contract will be cancelled and the payment refunded.
