Terms of service

When you place an order, a contract is formed between the customer and World Heroes. The contract is formed when the payment is approved or when an order confirmation is sent. We reserve the right to cancel an order if stock levels or product information are clearly incorrect, or if delivery cannot be fulfilled.

Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. World Heroes is not liable for indirect damages resulting from incorrect use of the product or use contrary to the instructions.

Prices include the applicable value added tax, unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store full payment card details in our own systems.

Finnish law applies. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Finland.

Invoicing for business customers can be agreed separately.
