SILCA Hold Fast Carbon Paste - 96 g Assembly Paste

SILCA Hold Fast Carbon Paste adds grip to seatpost, handlebar and stem clamping surfaces. Its friction-enhancing particles help components stay in place with lower clamping force. That is particularly useful when fitting lightweight carbon parts.

The high-tack silicone base stays where you apply it, making it easier to align components and keep the installation clean. The clear, dye-free formula leaves no coloured stains on hands, clothing or painted surfaces.

For seatposts and cockpit interfaces

Hold Fast is suitable for carbon, aluminium, titanium and painted surfaces. Use it at clamped interfaces such as seatposts, handlebar-to-stem connections and carbon saddle rail clamps.

Developed with the mechanics of VISMA Lease-a-Bike, the formula has a straightforward job: increase friction between the surfaces and help hold the parts securely. When it is time for maintenance, the old paste wipes off with a cloth.
