Rex Base Wax | Binder for classic ski kick wax

Help your grip wax last through longer outings. Rex Base Wax creates a binding layer beneath your chosen hard grip wax and improves wear resistance. A useful addition for longer outings and abrasive tracks.

The base wax can be rubbed on without heating. Finish with a hard grip wax matched to the snow and temperature.

Prepare the grip zone

1. Clean the measured grip zone of waxable classic skis, let it dry, lightly roughen and remove the dust.
2. Rub on a thin layer of Base Wax and work it in with a synthetic cork.
3. Add the chosen grip wax in thin layers, corking each separately.

Base Wax is an underlayer for your conditions-specific grip wax. Apply only to the waxable grip zone.
