For road cycling on paved roads, in conditions up to ASTM F2043 category 1. Maximum user weight 120 kg. Use only Look Keo-compatible cleats approved by the manufacturer. Install according to the manufacturer's instructions. The spindle end must be more than 4 mm from both the chain and frame. The plastic spindle end must extend at least 1 mm beyond the crank-arm thread; a threaded area thicker than 15 mm or a crank arm without a pass-through hole is unsuitable. Do not use pedal extenders, crank shorteners or other accessories that alter the crank-arm setup. Check attachment, release, wear and damage before riding.
