The Toro 16 is a completely redesigned 2026 generation headlamp from Exposure, manufactured in the UK , with exceptional advances in lens optical design, electronics and thermal management. The headlamp, which is charged via USB-C fast charging, produces 3850 lumens with a 12-degree beam, which gives you the contrast and depth you need for high-speed riding. The beam is good on long-range but retains its structure even at slow speeds, allowing you to clearly distinguish surface shapes.

The body is CNC machined from 6063 aluminum , and its thermal properties support the light's Intelligent Thermal Management system. This keeps the LEDs in the correct temperature range and ensures that power, tone consistency and battery life remain virtually identical throughout the entire performance. The construction meets IP67 and IK09 requirements, providing protection against water, dust and mechanical shock. Weighing only 260 grams , it is a good balance between lightness and battery capacity.

The Toro 16 offers an exceptional range of battery life. The 12,000mAh LI-ION battery and seven programs allow for 2-36 hours of use, making it an option for both competitions and multi-day bikepacking. USB-C PD charging fills the battery quickly and Power Bank Mode allows additional power for a phone or GPS device directly from the light. This is a valuable feature on long runs where you don't want to carry a separate power source.

Reflex 2.0 utilizes accelerometers, gyroscopes and temperature sensors. The system automatically increases power at high speeds and reduces it on inclines, reducing the need for light power. The battery capacity is then distributed according to practical driving situations and the operating time is achieved based on average load without the user having to make manual adjustments.

The new OLED display shows remaining operating time, the program in use and other information in real time. The user interface is clear and responsive, making it easier to use in cold conditions or towards the end of a long workout.

The attachment is based on Exposure's own quick-release system. It locks onto the handlebars without vibration and detaches without tools, making it easier to use both off-road and during maintenance.

The Toro 16 is a very well-balanced light when you are looking for a combination of powerful light output , long battery life and lightweight construction . It is directly suitable for competition and training use in XCM, gravel, road and technical night riding.
