Rex Black Magik 90 ml is a compact version of one of the most advanced chain lubrication systems available. This is not a typical drip wax. This is Rex Black Diamond hot wax in liquid form. Same wax blend, same low friction, same clean drivetrain.

Developed together with researchers from the University of Helsinki, the emulsion technology breaks the wax into microscopic particles carried by water. Once applied, the water evaporates and leaves behind a pure wax layer without oil residues or dirt-attracting additives.

In use, the chain behaves like a hot-waxed chain. It stiffens initially, excess wax sheds during the first ride, and what remains is a hard, durable wax layer that resists contamination and keeps friction low even in wet and demanding conditions.

The 90 ml size is ideal for racing, travel and quick maintenance. Easy to carry and easy to apply without removing the chain.

Black Magik works in two ways. It is the perfect top-up lubricant for Rex Black Diamond hot wax. It also works as a complete standalone lubrication system without compromise.

In Zero Friction Cycling testing, Black Diamond has been ranked as the best-performing chain wax. Black Magik uses the exact same 11+1 wax blend, so the performance carries over directly.

Suitable for year-round use. Road, gravel and MTB. The wax does not attract dirt and does not build up on pulleys or cassette.

Application is simple. Apply generously to a clean chain, rotate the drivetrain and let it dry overnight. For top-ups, wipe the chain and reapply.
