This block contains the same Black Diamond technology that has brought chain oil and hot wax to the top of international tests. The composition of the block is hand-cast and each batch is kept separate to ensure quality. It is essentially a sealed additive module around which the blend is built.

The composition of the additive block adapts to the wax base in the same way as in the original Hot Wax package. When the black block is melted into the paraffin base, a wax mixture is created that has low friction, a hard surface and a clear advantage in the cleanliness of the transmission. The mixture works in wet, dusty and cold conditions without the wax surface softening or collecting dirt.
