Magene S314 Speed / Cadence Sensor ANT+ / Bluetooth

The Magene S314 adds cadence or wheel speed to a compatible bike computer, sports watch or training app. One compact sensor can do either job. Choose the mode for the data you want to record.

Mounted on the inside of the left crank, it measures cadence in revolutions per minute. That lets you follow your pedalling rate on a climb or during a cadence session. Mounted on the front hub, it measures speed from wheel rotation. One sensor operates in either speed or cadence mode. Use two sensors to record both at the same time.

Connect it to your training setup

ANT+ and Bluetooth 5.0 give you a choice of receiving devices. The S314 works with compatible Garmin, Wahoo, Bryton and Magene bike computers, as well as training apps that support Bluetooth cycling sensors. It is also useful indoors when you want cadence displayed during a workout.

Change mode in the Magene Utility app or by removing and reinstalling the battery. The sensor wakes with movement and sleeps after a minute without motion. There is no separate start-up routine before each ride.

It weighs just 7.7 g with its battery. A low-profile body and the supplied retaining straps keep the installation compact. The replaceable CR2032 battery provides up to 500 hours of use, while IP66 protection suits outdoor riding in wet weather.
