The Fenix LR40R V2.0 combines 15,000 lumens, a 900 metre beam and an almost 90-degree floodlight in an exceptionally compact body. It is a powerful rechargeable searchlight for professional work, search operations, large-area inspection and demanding outdoor use.

A central Luminus SFT70 LED produces the focused long-range spotlight. Sixteen surrounding Lumileds HL2X LEDs illuminate the entire foreground with a wide and even flood beam. The spotlight and floodlight can be used independently or together.

Spotlight, floodlight or both

The LR40R V2.0 adapts directly to the task.

The spotlight reaches up to 900 metres and is ideal for locating distant objects. The floodlight produces up to 12,000 lumens across an almost 90-degree area, illuminating fields, worksites, forests, yards and other large spaces.

Combined mode activates all 17 LEDs together. The result is 15,000 lumens, a 900 metre maximum range and powerful illumination across the entire foreground.

16 lighting modes with one-handed control

The rotary selector chooses spotlight, floodlight or combined mode. The central electronic switch controls the brightness level. The complete light can be operated easily with one hand.

Four spotlight levels, five floodlight levels and five combined levels provide precise control over output and runtime. Strobe and SOS modes are also included. The lowest 10 lumen mode provides up to 177 hours of runtime.

Large battery and fast USB-C charging

The built-in battery pack contains three 5,000 mAh cells. Its total energy is equivalent to a conventional 3.6 V, 15,000 mAh battery.

USB-C fast charging supports PD and QC charging protocols. A full charge takes approximately four hours with a compatible charger. The USB-A output also turns the LR40R V2.0 into a power bank for a phone, GPS unit or another USB device.

15000 lumens in an 842.5 gram body

The LR40R V2.0 weighs 842.5 grams including the battery and measures only 175 millimetres in length. Its compact body is designed for a secure one-handed grip and the included holster makes it easy to carry.

The hard-anodised aluminium body is made for demanding use. IP68 protection makes the light fully dustproof and waterproof. Intelligent proximity sensing and thermal regulation automatically manage the enormous output.
