Favero Assioma UNO is a single-sided, Look Kéo-compatible power meter pedal set for road cycling and triathlon. The power sensor in the left pedal measures the power produced by the left leg. The system calculates total power by doubling this value. The right pedal is included but does not contain a power sensor.

UNO is a cost-effective way to start training with reliable power measurement. It offers ±1% accuracy, a rechargeable battery and easy transfer between bikes. If you later want true dual-sided measurement, UNO can be converted into Assioma DUO with the Assioma UNO Upgrade kit.

Accurate power data with every pedalling style

Assioma UNO uses Favero's IAV Power System. Its built-in gyroscope measures instantaneous angular velocity throughout the entire pedal stroke. This allows the system to account for real variations in pedal speed during sprints, steep climbs, high-cadence efforts and when using oval chainrings.

ATC temperature compensation reduces the effect of temperature changes on the measurement. The stated power measurement accuracy is ±1%.

Easy to install and move between bikes

Assioma UNO is installed like a conventional pedal using an 8 mm hex key. No separate cadence magnets or external cadence sensors are required. Because the power meter is built into the pedal system, it can be moved to another road bike simply by changing the pedals.

ANT+ and Bluetooth provide compatibility with most cycling computers, sports watches and training apps. The Favero Assioma app is used to activate the pedals, update the firmware, set the crank-arm length and check the battery level.

Rechargeable and fully sealed measurement system

The electronics and rechargeable lithium-ion battery in the left pedal are protected inside a watertight bi-component resin block. There is no battery compartment or removable battery seal. The IP67 rating protects the measurement system against water, dust and changing road conditions.

Battery life is more than 50 hours per charge. The magnetic charging connector allows the pedal to be charged without removing it from the bike. The pedals can also be charged from a USB power supply or power bank.

Power and cadence are transmitted via Bluetooth and ANT+. Advanced pedalling dynamics are transmitted via ANT+, and their availability depends on the cycling computer being used. Because UNO measures only the left pedal, Power Phase and Rider Position data apply to the left leg.

Who is Favero Assioma UNO for?

UNO is suitable for riders who want a reliable power meter that is easy to move between bikes but do not need power to be measured separately from both legs. It is a sensible option for monitoring training load, power zones, FTP development and race performance as cost-effectively as possible.

With single-sided measurement, total power is based on the assumption that the right leg produces the same power as the left. If the balance between the legs changes with intensity, cadence or fatigue, the total power calculated by UNO can differ from the actual combined power of both legs. In this case, the dual-sided Assioma DUO or Assioma PRO RL-2 is the better choice.

Favero Assioma UNO, DUO or PRO RL-1?

UNO is the cost-effective entry point into Favero's Look Kéo power meter pedals. DUO provides true dual-sided measurement. PRO RL-1 is lighter, offers longer battery life and uses Favero's newer PRO construction with the electronics housed inside the spindle.
