Price and battery life are the L7's strengths. In one test, it lasted around 15 hours in day-flash mode. Mounts for both the seatpost and saddle rails are included.

When radar tracking accuracy matters most
TRACKR RADAR has earned praise in tests for stable radar tracking, few false alerts and distinguishing multiple vehicles. It's the more expensive option here for riders who prioritise accuracy.
View productCadence supports both radars on iPhone and Android. Radar support requires a paid Pro or Elite subscription. Bike IQ is a free option for iPhone. To use the L7 with it, you need firmware version 2.1.0 or later and radar mode enabled in the CYCPLUS app.
Alerts through headphones and how they work with music depend on the app and your phone settings.
I recommend the Magene L508 for most riders. It costs just €10 more than the CYCPLUS L7. The CYCPLUS is a good alternative if you spend particularly long days on the bike and value longer battery life.
Use the Wahoo app for settings and updates. Radar alerts go to a compatible bike computer or watch, not to the Wahoo app. Check Wahoo's compatibility information.
